Journal of Archaeological Studies in India is focused on publishing the highest quality papers covering allaspects of South Asian Archaeology. This is an effort to bring out current research and ideas together on a platform that will enhance knowledge of our past cultures. Submissions should address issues and questions of broad interest in archaeology of Indian subcontinent and interpretation of new and previously reported archaeological materials. Moreover, publication of short communications on new discoveries, reports on seminar, conferences are also invited. The journal also publishes review papers from the senior researcher on their respective fields of research. All manuscripts are subjected to rigorous review by respective referees
