Call for Paper: SKYLINES OF ANTHROPOLOGY - The journal aims at promoting original research in the field of anthropology. It will accept papers and articles from all fields of Anthropology, Physical Anthropology, Social Anthropology and Archeological Anthropology, along with its applied and new fields, like Medical Anthropology, Ecological Anthropology, Forensic Anthropology, Development Anthropology, Economic and Political Anthropology, Anthropology of Borderlands, Ethnomusicology, Art and Anthropology, Anthropology and Folklore, Anthropology of Disaster Management, Museology, Numismatics, Cultural Resource Management, and several new ideas and concepts that will emerge with time in the future. The journal is open to ideas of the scholars from across the globe, to share their valuable knowledge through it.

Guidelines for Authors

Authors need to follow the following guidelines while contributing papers to our journal:

1. Title should be in bold, Times New Roman 14 Bold.
2. Single author papers are encouraged, but not mandatory. Joint papers should not have several authors.
3. Author(s) names, designation, institutes, emails should be noted clearly.
4. Abstracts should not be more than 300 words and thee Keyword
5. Papers should be in between 3,000 to 5,000 words.
6. Papers will start with an abstract, introduction, research methodology applied in the research, primary data, verification with secondary data, analysis, conclusion, reference.
7. Reference will be like other anthropological journals, in Harvard pattern, it will be cited as (Leach, 902:1949), and it will be reflected in reference as, Leach, Maria. 1949. Standard Dictionary Of Folklore, Mythology And Legend. New York, Funk and Wagnalls: pp 902

Hence, in case of book, reference will be as Author. Year. Name of the article in italics. Name of the book. Publisher. Place. Page number While in case of journal article, it will be as Author. Year. Name of the article in italics. Name of the journal. Journal volume number. Place. Page number.

In case of online reference, the URL is mandatory, and when it is retrieved/ downloaded with reference to date as well. In case of PDF version of books, or Google books, page number as found in the PDF should be given. URL is mandatory in case of online reference.

References from online verified sources like jstor, open access journals, shodhganga and journals are welcome and it should be with complete URL in reference.

8. Local words will be in italics with English translation if possible.
9. One plagiarism certificate is encouraged.
10. There should be one undertaking from the author that the paper has not been submitted in other journal/ book, and the research is original research.
11. For any data collection, opinion of the author or any controversial issues in research, neither the publication company nor the editorial board shall be responsible. Full responsibility shall be with the authors.

Don’ts

1. Please don’t refer to websites which can be edited by all, like Wikipedia.
2. Reference from blog is a completely wrong method of reference.
3. Reference from news paper/ news channel is not relevant source.
